The Rental Process

Getting the highest return on your investment starts with pricing your unit correctly. We do the market research and strategically price your unit in an effort to receive the highest return on your property. We then market your unit to the most desirable tenants available, and run all potential occupants through an extensive background and financial history  check. Once the perfect fit is found to occupy your unit we make sure the lease is signed along with collecting first, last, and security deposit.

Rent Collection

We allow our investors the chance to earn money without the headache of the day to day challenges that go along with being a property owner. In order to allow investors a hands off paycheck each month we are in charge of collecting rent and issuing notices when rent is overdue.

 
Maintenac

Maintenance

If there is a maintenance problem we can dispatch one of our many vendors same day to ensure the integrity of your property. In addition to as-needed maintenance we will also conduct quarterly inspections of our rental properties as a fail safe way of predicting future maintenance issues. Lastly, we provide bi weekly lawn care at the lowest price possible to keep your lawn looking fresh and your return high.

 

Accounting & Reporting

At the end of each month our dedicated accounting team will send our owners a detailed statement showcasing the rents collected for the month as well as costs incurred from maintaining the property.

Seasonal Home Management

South Florida is world famous for our sandy beaches and year round summer weather. For our seasonal homeowners that like to enjoy their winters away from the cold, we can help maintain your property and ensure your investment is safe while you are away during the hotter months. When you are away it is our mission to visit the home bi monthly and do a thorough walk through. Walk throughs involve running the hot water in all sinks, tubs, and showers to prevent sediment build up, flushing all toilets, checking on the lights and electricity, scope out any leaks, and ensure the lawn is being maintained. We will coordinate the lawn care, maintenance needs, and pool car if need be. 

 

Hurricane Preparation

Hurricanes are a yearly nuisance in South Florida, and being prepared is key.
Our team is prepared and equipped to hurricane proof your home at a moment’s notice.

Insurance Consultation

Unlike other management companies we have an in-house 2-20 licensed insurance consultant who can review your home, rental, auto properties and advise whether you are receiving the best coverage for the best price. If not we work with insurance brokers who can save you money while maximizing protection of your assets.
